In 2007 Tiger Tutoring Service was established by modern language teacher Judy Hajer in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario (Canada). Besides tutoring French and German, Judy herself gave language instructions and taught in many schools locally as well as overseas in International Schools.

From her actual teaching experiences, Judy developed a new simplified method of learning a new language. From her travels, Judy discovered that the best way to learn a language is to be thrown into, or immersed in, a language situation.

Judy has 17 years of experience in French and German language teaching. She graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honors B.A. in French-German Language/Literature, with a B.Ed. in French-German Teaching from University of Toronto, and with an M.A. in German Literature from University of Toronto.

Judy explored her teaching abilities in a variety of local Ontario schools and in several International Schools where she succeeded in her teachings of French and German language. This was the beginning of her research in curriculum and language programs. Judy created several French and German curriculums for IGCSE, IB, MYP and PYP level students at the International Schools where she worked.

Our Tiger Tutoring Service has two main objectives: First to provide one-on-one tutoring in Kitchener-Waterloo to students who wish to learn French or German, and second to provide online one-on-one tutoring through Skype and e-mail to students overseas.
